We have recently started experiencing problems with some of the trees in the complex causing structural damage to the some of the properties. We’ve since had someone out from Benbel to asses the situation and spot the trees that need removing and those that need their roots cut and trenches put in place to avoid growth towards the homes again.

It was advised that we need to get someone out every 3-4 years to asses the situation with trees we decide to leave in.

These are the trees and the problems with them.
