At our annual general meeting and through the course of the year, Millwood Mews trustees and tenants endeavour to complete a set of goals towards the upkeep and renovations of our village. Below you will find a list of projects we will be working on this year.

2013 Projects

  1. Roll out new cellphone gate system.
  2. Scrape down lamp posts and repaint.
  3. Run competitions from website to engage with tenants and to help them be more aware of what is going on in the complex.
  4. Fertalise all lawns.
  5. Implement new registration process through website to allow gate access as well as improve communication with tenants living in Millwood Mews.

2012 Projects

  1. Implement a cellphone gate system.
  2. Clean all front-facing gutters.
  3. Implement a website.
  4. Clean the gutter in the front (tenants responsible for gutter in the back)
  5. Install fire extinguishers
