Recently new rules have been approved for the complex which explain the rules with regards to the keeping of pets in the complex in more detail than the old rules. These rules will be distributed amongst residents. According to these rules every resident who has (a) pet(s) or would like to keep a pet first needs to receive written consent from the Trustees of Millwood Mews to do so.

The Trustees undertake not to refuse this consent without a valid reason, but if complaints are received in the complex about (an) animal(s), the consent to keep that animal within the complex will have to be re-considered.

Quite a few complaints have been received recently about animals that are being kept in the complex. In an attempt to solve these problems as well as protect those persons who do abide by the rules, it has been decided to ask ALL residents to apply to keep their pets.

The Trustees of Millwood Mews want to ensure the well-being at all times of not only the human residents, but would also like to ensure that the welfare of the pets within the complex are promoted as far as possible. It is for this reason that we would like to make a friendly request to you to please fill in this application letter to keep your pet(s) in the complex.
